I’m pretty sure it’s the same thing. There’s only one famous double helix staircase at Chambord. The one in the photo I posted has an opening in the center because it’s on the ground floor and is basically an entry point to the stairs. The other floors look like OP’s photo.
The two sets of stairs never actually meet, even though they cross one another multiple times. That’s why the one in OP’s photo looks like a regular single staircase. If you Google it, you’ll find tons of similar photos. I tried to find a video of someone walking through it, but only managed to find external shots.
