Well you are surely free to your interpretation on what I´m saying, but the only one I have stated to know nothing about wine is holymadness. The one who said the the owner of this house know nothing about wine, and that I’m obtuse for not agreeing with him…
I also have explained my view, and as I see your view doesn’t differ from mine, as you are saying the exact same thing as I am.
The only thing left to discuss is whether or not UV rays enter that room, which I don’t think it does in any significant amount. This is also only relevant if this room is for long term storage which I claim doesn’t have to be the case depending on drinking habits.
So unless you also, besides being a sommelier, also is an expert in entering and reflection of UV rays on surfaces within house, this discussion is leading nowhere.
I’m off to drink some wine 😉
